1. Introduction

Kinepolis Group NV is committed to digital inclusivity, striving to ensure that all users - regardless of their abilities or the technologies they use — can access the information and services we offer. This commitment aligns with the European Accessibility Act (the EAA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA standard, as referenced by the EAA.

As the aforementioned websites and app are currently being redesigned, no full compliance audit has been performed and the site and app are currently not compliant with the WCAG 2.1, level AA Standard.

An audit will be scheduled when the new site and app go live.
